What does your handwash service include?
Our handwash service comprises manual washing by hand, drying, ironing, and neatly folding your garments. Should you prefer your items returned on hangers, an additional charge of RM0.50 per hanger will apply.
How long does it take for dry cleaning?
Dry cleaning typically takes around 3–4 days, depending on the type of items.
Can I request a faster turnaround time (express service)?
Yes, express service may be available depending on the item and our workload. Please contact us in advance to check availability. Note: An additional charge applies for express service.
My clothes have some stubborn stains. Can I send it to you?
Yes, you can send the item to us and let us know about the stains. We’ll do our best to remove them, though we can’t guarantee complete success in every case. Rest assured, we will contact you before using any harsh chemicals on your valuable garments.
Do you offer pickup and delivery services?
Yes, we offer free pickup and delivery within a 5KM radius of our headquarter shop with a minimum spend of RM100. For orders below RM100, a delivery fee starting from RM10 will apply depending on your location. Feel free to reach out to us for more details!
Hi, may I know which areas you cover?
We provide coverage throughout Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. For specific locations or further details, feel free to reach out to us.
What if my item isn’t listed in the price list?
No problem at all! Please contact us with a photo of the item via WhatsApp at +6016-2834915 or email info@lyxinlaundry.com.my. We’ll assess the item and do our best to assist you.
